How It Works
-
1. Pre-Order Before the Next Solstice or Equinox
We open orders up to 3 months before delivery. This slow approach ensures we source only what is requested and produce zero floral waste.
-
2. We Source Exactly What Is Needed
When the season turns, we close bookings and gather the stems from UK growers. We will email you one week before arrival if you need to reschedule.
-
3. Delivery Or Collection On Sunday
Your stems arrive a week on Sunday after the season turns. Delivery is included, or you may collect from our studio for free. It is a quiet ritual to refresh your home.
Frequent Questions
Why seasonal?
Conventional floristry relies on imported stems to force an artificial, permanent spring. We follow the sun instead, so you receive flowers that genuinely belong to the current season. We buy only what is needed. This simple approach respects the natural cycle and ensures nothing goes to waste.
When will my flowers arrive?
Orders are delivered a week on Sunday after the season turns. We will email you one week in advance. If your plans change, you can move delivery to the following week at no extra cost. If delivery is missed on the day, re-delivery is £5, or collection from our studio is free.
Why do you only deliver to London?
We currently deliver within selected Greater London postcodes so we can manage timing, freshness and quality more carefully. If you would like a bouquet but live outside of London, you are welcome to collect from our studio.
